At The Sinful Dish nothing is more important than Food Safety. All of our chefs are CPFM certified by Food Safe, the premier food safety trainers in the Southeast. Additionally Food Safe conducts continuing education classes with all of our service personnel which is designed to promote awareness of food safety and cross contamination issues. In addition to our regularly mandated health inspections, which you may receive a copy of; Food Safe regularly inspects our facility in an ongoing effort to be vigilant and always improve food handling procedures.
