Slow roasted with peach barbecue sauce (grilled on location)

Georgia Peel and Eat Shrimp
Large Fresh Georgia shrimp (31-35) seasoned with spices and boiled tender, cooled and

12ounce Ribeye Steak
Hand cut and trimmed lean, seasoned and mesquite grilled on location ** (priced separately)

Caterer to Provide
-Complete set-up of all food and beverage listed on the attached menu.
-All high quality disposable plates, cups, flatware and napkins.
-Use of grills, smokers, chafing dishes, baskets and other buffet props.
-Service personnel (clothed to clients specification) to facilitate service, maintain food,
clear soiled plates, cups, and clean the event area.
Pricing is based on the number of guests and includes: two side items, individual  bags of chips, beverages and dessert. (Groups of 220 or more include three side items)
